Terms of Service

Last modified October 13, 2026

Please read this before you use our service.

You’re getting a license, not buying the Service outright. You can use it under these terms; you don’t own it. We can suspend or end that license, and we can change or shut down the Service or its online features, as explained below. This is true even if a checkout page or button says “buy” or “purchase.”

Packs and items. Pack contents are random. Items have no cash value, can’t be cashed out, sold, or traded, and are for entertainment only. You have to be 18 or older to use the Service.

Disputes. If you live in the United States, the section titled Disputes requires individual arbitration and gives up class actions and jury trials, with 30 days to opt out.

Your legal rights still apply. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live that can’t be waived.

Health and safety. The Service’s animated card effects can trigger seizures in a small number of people. Please read Health and Safety before you use the Service. You can turn down card effects in the Service’s settings.

These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are a contract between you and Hanul Industries LLC, a California limited liability company (“we” or “us”). It covers your use of REVARIXX, a digital entertainment platform offering collectible digital trading cards and randomized digital card packs, including revarixx.com and its subdomains, such as app.revarixx.com (together, the “Service”). This Agreement is the complete user agreement for the Service, and it includes your license to use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to it. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

How this Agreement works

A part of this Agreement that describes a feature (like Release to the Static) applies only when that feature is available to you.

We may update this Agreement. If a change materially affects your rights, we’ll ask you to accept the update before you keep using the affected part of the Service; if you don’t accept, we’ll let you keep using anything you already bought under the old terms, or refund it. A change to the Disputes section gives you a fresh 30-day opt-out.

Your license

We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You can’t:

except where the law allows or an open-source component permits.

You also can’t:

It’s a license, not a purchase

What you get (the Service and any Virtual Items you collect on it) is licensed to you, not sold, even where a checkout page or store uses the words “buy,” “purchase,” or “own.” We can suspend or revoke that license, and we can change or discontinue the Service or its online features, as described below.

Age

The Service is only for adults. You have to be at least 18 years old, and an adult where you live, to use the Service, create an account, or buy anything. We check your age when you sign up and again before your first purchase. If we learn that someone under 18 is using the Service, we’ll close the account.

The Service includes stylized artwork made for an adult audience. All characters are fictional and don’t depict real people.

Your account

You need an account to open Packs, collect items, and use most features. You can sign up with an email address or with a supported third-party login, like Discord or other login options we make available from time to time. Each person can have only one account.

Keep your account information accurate and your login secure, and tell us right away at [email protected] if someone uses your account without permission. What happens on your account is your responsibility. Don’t buy, sell, share, or trade accounts. We can make you change a username that impersonates someone, infringes a third party’s rights, or breaks our Community Guidelines posted on the Service.

Your @handle is public. Some serialized items appear on a public record of ownership (the “Registry”) that shows your @handle, but never your real name or email. You can set the Service to show any of your serialized items as “Anonymous” in your account settings on the Service. Don’t use your real name as your @handle. Your display name, avatar, title, collector profile, and Top 10 showcase are public too.

Purchases and virtual items

The Service offers digital collectible cards, lore items, cosmetic upgrades, currency you earn in the Service, and other virtual items (together, “Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are licensed to you, not owned. They’re for entertainment only, have no cash value, and can’t be redeemed or exchanged for money or anything else of value.

They’re tied to your account, so you can’t sell, trade, gift, or transfer them, inside or outside the Service, and we don’t operate or support any marketplace for them. Virtual Items aren’t money, investments, blockchain tokens, or NFTs. We don’t sell in-Service currency, and currency you earn can be used only on cosmetic features and to redeem certain cards we offer for it. This doesn’t affect any right you have under law that can’t be waived.

Dissolve: You can permanently exchange duplicate standard cards and lore items for earned currency (“Dissolving”). Dissolving can’t be undone. Promo Cards and founder cards can’t be Dissolved.

You can buy sets of items called “Packs.” Each Pack holds a fixed number of items, and our server picks its contents at random when you open it. Except for any minimum-outcome protection we expressly state, no specific item, rarity, character, or serial number is guaranteed in any Pack. The on-screen reveal only shows a result our server has already recorded, so if your opening is interrupted, your items are still credited to your account. We may also offer free ways to get items, like a periodic free Pack. Free Packs contain only standard cards, never serialized cards or Signal Edition copies. We can change or end free features going forward.

The odds of getting each rarity are posted on our odds page at https://app.revarixx.com/odds. We may modify drop rates, Pack structure, minimum-outcome protections, available sets, or other mechanics related to Packs, but these changes will only affect future Packs, never Packs that have already been purchased or opened.

Editions and serial numbers: Some cards are serialized. Each serialized copy carries its own number within a fixed cap shown on the card (for example, 1 of 500). We’ll never issue more serialized copies of a card than its cap. Serialized results on our internal test accounts are marked “Artist Proofs.” They aren’t part of any serialized run and don’t appear on the Registry. For each set, copies from paid Packs opened before the deadline we announce for that set carry a permanent “Signal Edition” mark. For the first set, that deadline is December 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Edition marks are cosmetic and have no cash value.

Promo Cards: We sometimes sell specific cards directly (“Promo Cards”). A Promo Card isn’t random: you get the exact card shown. You can buy each Promo Card once per account, and we automatically refund a duplicate payment. Promo Cards are delivered right away, aren’t part of the main set, and aren’t serialized; every copy carries the same card number. They count toward your monthly spending limit and are Virtual Items like everything else in the Service. We may offer a Promo Card only for a limited time, and some Promo Cards can be redeemed with earned currency instead of bought.

Payments. Prices are shown before you buy. When you buy, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the purchase plus any applicable taxes. If a reseller or merchant of record sells Packs or Promo Cards for us, that company is the seller for your purchase, and its terms also apply to the payment. Purchases are available only in the United States. Your first purchase may require the name on your payment method to match your account. If you have a billing problem, contact us first at [email protected]. If you charge back a purchase that was delivered, we may suspend your account while we look into it. Sale prices apply only during the sale period, and we don’t adjust the price of an earlier purchase when prices change.

Refunds work like this:

Refunds, where granted, reverse the associated items and currency to the state they were in before the purchase. Nothing in this section limits a refund right you have under law that can’t be waived.

Release to the Static: If we make it available to you (at our sole discretion), the “Release to the Static” feature will let you voluntarily return 1 serialized item you own per week to that card’s shared pool of unminted items. In exchange, you get a replacement drawn at random from the items of the same rarity left in that pool. Releasing is free. You may receive any character, and outcomes aren’t weighted. You can’t undo a release or get the returned item back, and you’re not guaranteed any specific card. Before you confirm, we’ll show you how many items of that rarity are available. The feature may not be available in every location or at all times.

Reasonable Use: To promote responsible use, every account has monthly spending limits. We currently warn you when your purchases reach $400 in a month and block further purchases at $800 until the limit resets. We may adjust these limits or add other tools. These limits are a feature of the Service for your convenience, not a promise to monitor your spending. We make no promises regarding any warnings or limits. They don’t change anything else in this Agreement.

Streaming and videos

You can make and share videos, streams, and screenshots of the Service, and you can monetize them through normal platform features. That’s fine as long as you credit us, follow this Agreement and the law, don’t imply we endorse you, and don’t include others’ content you’re not allowed to use. We can withdraw this permission on notice. This permission doesn’t cover selling our content, putting it in merchandise or NFTs, or any other use restricted in Our intellectual property.

Updates and changes

The Service is live and evolving. We may update, change, or discontinue the Service or any part of it (including online features and servers), and where we plan to discontinue something you’ve paid for, or a significant online feature, we’ll give reasonable advance notice unless we can’t for legal, security, or third-party reasons. If we permanently shut down the Service, we’ll give at least 60 days’ notice and a way to export a record of your collection. Discontinuing the Service or a feature can mean losing access to related items and progress. We aren’t liable for changes or shutdowns except as stated in Warranties and liability.

Errors and lost items. We may correct errors, reverse Virtual Items or currency granted by mistake, and roll back an account to fix a bug, outage, or fraud. If your Virtual Items are lost or removed by mistake, we’ll restore them or give you equivalent items. That’s your only remedy for lost items, unless the law that applies to you in your jurisdiction grants you more rights.

Betas and early access

We may offer beta or early-access versions “as is.” They can change or end anytime, information about them is confidential unless we say otherwise, and progress made in a beta may be reset. Any feedback you give us we can use freely. Taking part is voluntary and unpaid.

Health and Safety

These warnings apply to everyone who uses the Service. They add to any safety information that comes with your device or browser.

Everyone. A small number of people can have seizures or blackouts triggered by flashing lights or patterns, even with no history. If you or a family member has a history of seizures or epilepsy, see a doctor before using the Service. Use the Service in a well-lit room, take a 10 to 15 minute break every hour, and don’t use it when you’re tired. If you feel any symptoms, stop and see a doctor.

Motion and eye comfort. The tilt, parallax, and motion effects can cause dizziness, nausea, or eye strain for some people. Stop if you feel unwell.

Turning effects down. You can reduce or turn off animated card effects at any time in the Service’s settings. These settings apply only to the device you change them on.

Our intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by Hanul Industries LLC or its affiliates or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Don’t use our trademarks or content except as this Agreement allows. REVARIXX, our logos, and our character names are trademarks of Hanul Industries LLC or its licensors.

Some base imagery in the Service is produced with generative AI tools under our human creative direction, curation, and post-production. You agree that this does not make content in the Service free to take and use.

By using the Service, you agree not to exploit any content in the Service except as specifically allowed under this Agreement. As a condition of using the Service, you agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party or automated system to, do any of the following with any of the content in the Service except as expressly permitted in this Agreement:

These restrictions are a contractual promise you make in exchange for access to the Service. They apply whether or not the content is protected by copyright, and you agree not to argue that a lack of copyright in AI-generated imagery permits anything these restrictions prohibit.

The selection, coordination, arrangement, and editing of the card collection, and the human-made elements of each finished card (such as compositing, retouching, graphic design, framing, and foil and holographic effects), are works of human authorship. Additionally, the lore and world materials, animations, presentation of cards, software, brands and trade dress are all protected intellectual property.

The Service may allow users to submit or display content that other users will see, like your display name, profile, or collector-file text, as well as other social inputs (collectively, “User Content”). You retain any rights you have in content you have created, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, and display it for the purposes of operating, moderating, securing, and promoting the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have license to all rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe on any rights of any third parties or violate any laws or this Agreement. We have the right to review, refuse, moderate, or remove User Content at our discretion without liability. You are solely responsible for User Content that you create.

Copyright complaints: If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at [email protected] with the information that 17 USC § 512(c)(3) requires.

Repeat Infringers: We may remove content and end the accounts of repeat infringers.

All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by us and our licensors. No license to any content in the Service, mark or software is granted except as stated in this Agreement.

Suspending or ending access

We can suspend or end your access, including your account, if you break this Agreement or the law, or to protect the Service or other users. Except where we need to act immediately, we’ll be proportionate and give notice where practical; you can appeal at [email protected]. If we end your account for breaking the rules, you lose access to your Virtual Items. We don’t owe a refund unless the law requires one. The parts meant to survive — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes — survive.

Privacy and communications

What we collect and how we use it is in our Privacy Policy at revarixx.com. Agreeing to this Agreement isn’t your consent to data processing, which the Privacy Policy handles separately. You may get service messages; we’ll send marketing only where the law allows and, where required, with your opt-in, and every marketing message has a way to opt out. We can disclose information where the law requires.

AI

Unless the law says otherwise, you can’t use the Service or its content to train or develop AI or machine-learning models without our written permission. We reserve our rights, including against text-and-data mining.

Warranties and liability

Your rights first. Nothing here excludes any right or remedy you have that can’t be excluded under the law where you live, including mandatory consumer guarantees, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence, recklessness, or willful misconduct.

SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” AND HANUL INDUSTRIES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limits. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, HANUL INDUSTRIES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, OR DATA. WHERE LIABILITY CAN BE LIMITED BUT NOT EXCLUDED, HANUL INDUSTRIES LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID FOR THE RELEVANT PART OF THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100. THIS CAP DOES NOT APPLY TO THE LIABILITY DESCRIBED JUST ABOVE OR TO ANYTHING THE LAW WILL NOT LET US CAP.

Disputes

This section applies if you live in the United States. First, let’s try to resolve it informally: email your claim to [email protected] and we’ll try for 60 days.

THIS SECTION REQUIRES INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVES CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS. PLEASE READ IT.

If we can’t resolve it, any claim relating to the Service will be decided by binding individual arbitration, not in court. You can still use small-claims court, and either of us can go to court for intellectual-property misuse or for theft, piracy, privacy, or unauthorized use. The Federal Arbitration Act applies.

YOU AND HANUL INDUSTRIES LLC AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY INDIVIDUALLY, NOT AS A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND NOT JOINED WITH ANY OTHER.

Arbitration is run by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and, where they apply, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules (at adr.org). We pay the filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees for consumer arbitrations, and we won’t seek our attorneys’ fees from you as a consumer unless a claim is found frivolous. For claims of USD $25,000 or less you can choose phone, video, or written proceedings; any in-person hearing is where you live or in Sacramento County, California, your choice. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting it by emailing [email protected].

Where the AAA Mass Arbitration Rules apply to many similar claims, they govern how those are handled. If a court strikes the coordinated-arbitration or class-action-waiver terms for a group of claims, those claims may proceed in court. If any part of this section is unenforceable, the rest still applies, and a request for public injunctive relief may proceed in court.

Governing law

For US users this Agreement is governed by the law of California. Except for small-claims and arbitration, the courts in Sacramento County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local venue right.

California users. Under California Civil Code § 1789.3, California users are entitled to this notice. The Service is provided by Hanul Industries LLC, 1401 21st Street, Suite R, Sacramento, CA 95811. Using the Service has no charge except for purchases you choose to make. To file a complaint or get more information, you can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.

Export and where the Service is available

You’ll follow US and local export laws, and you confirm you’re not in an embargoed country or on a US restricted-parties list. Purchases are available only in the United States, and the Service is blocked entirely in some countries. You won’t use a VPN, proxy, or other method to get around these restrictions.

Other terms

We can revise this Agreement as described above. We can send you notices by email to your account address or in the Service, and you can send notices to us at [email protected]. We’re not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control. This Agreement doesn’t create a partnership. We can assign it (for example, in a sale of the business) as long as it doesn’t reduce your rights; you can’t assign it without our consent. If any part of this Agreement is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver. We can seek injunctive relief for a breach that harms us. You’ll cover third-party claims caused by your breach, your violation of law, or your infringement of others’ rights (if you’re a consumer, only for your unlawful conduct or your infringement of a third party’s rights), except where we’re at fault, and we’ll let you control the defense of money-only claims.

This Agreement, plus anything it incorporates, is the whole agreement about the Service.
